I got my Canon MV730i Camcorder for Christmas 2024. It came with the camera itself, a carrying case, 3 blank tapes and a charger. A few weeks later, I filmed a video with my friend on the camera. But then I needed to find a way to digitize the footage so I could edit the footage and upload it to YouTube. Turns out the cable I need for it is a MiniDV to USB cable. It seems this specific cable is so specific and specialised, it has the model name of my camera in the title of the eBay listing I found of it.
